We will do our best to dispatch your goods to you on the same day if your order is placed before 3pm or the next working day if placed after 3pm. Please allow to 3-5 working days for your goods to arrive although most of our orders are received by the next day. All goods will be sent to you either by Royal Mail or DPD. These services will require a signature at the time of delivery as a proof of identity. However, if you are not in at the time of the delivery, then a card will be left asking you to contact your local depot and arrange a further delivery attempt. On the other hand, you can visit the depot personally with the card and collect the goods yourself.
Delivery charges will be calculated based on the weight and the destination of the order you have placed; these charges will be confirmed at the online checkout process.

When you receive your order we advise you to check the contents with the inventory enclosed with the goods. If you discover that any items are missing then you must inform us immediately on the email address given below. Furthermore if any of the items which you receive are faulty or damaged then please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order on the email address given below. Moreover, if you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving our dispatch confirmation e-mail you should contact us immediately on the email address given below:

If you wish to cancel your order then please advise us by sending an email to the address given below.

If the goods have already been sent to you, then you can cancel your order by returning the goods to us in agreement to the circumstances given below.
If you wish to return any goods that you have purchased from us then please do so within 7 days of receiving the goods, given that they are unused, in their initial packaging and are in a saleable condition. However, the costs of returning the goods to us will have to be paid by you.
Any non faulty returned goods will be refunded excluding all delivery charges.
Furthermore, if you wish to do this then you must inform us by sending us an email to the given address above comprising the details of the goods to be and returned and the invoice number. All goods must be returned to the given address below. We advise you to use an insured delivery service and retain proof of posting the goods to us, in case of loss or damage to the goods during the transportation of them tous. Once we have received the goods we will then issue your refund, in compliance to the conditions stated above. We emphasis that we accept no accountability for goods returned to us in any other condition or in other circumstances.

If you`re buying a new electrical item, i.e. Machine Polisher ~ we will recycle your old one for free.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
 The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
